What did you do today?

Assalamualaikum.

It's school holidays and there's nothing much i've done than being couch potato, bonding with the oven haha oh yea recently my mak made sugary-margariney toasts out of expired white bread. but actually the toast is not even complicated like its name and it's just roti gula. Ala, the one that you can get from orang roti riding the motorcycles with bunch of breads, crackers, jajans hanging at the back and front of the motor. 

Actually i just call that person as roti. 

So whenever i heard the pinipinipinipingping sound and i'd go all excited like

 "MAAAAK! ROTIIIIIII"

 Then i'd buy jajans like keropok roro, ali baba thingy, hiro chocake etc etc

(i spent how many minutes i dont know but quite long just to recall its name. Okay, roro, okay.)

 But that was when i was a kid. sobs. Did i sound like an oldie?

oh cut it, fir.

 Actually, neither this keropok roro nor the roti gula is the main thing i want to share in this post but before i go to the actual one, i want to say that turning the expired white loaf into roti gula is a better way than throwing them into the bin. Plus, it's super duper easy. You just need to spread the margarine on the bread, sprinkle some sugar or use a spoon and pour it on the bread if you want it to be sweet to the max (bahana tak reti control tangan), put them on the tray and then into the oven, and it's ready to eat! 

Last time, dont remember when but i was in the car that time, i listened to this one cool song and it sounds really cute. it's a nasheed. asked my sis "dia ada cakap tak tajuk lagu ni apa?" and since the the line 'what did i do today' is repeated so many times, my sis said maybe that's the title. Okay, What Did I Do Today.

Assalamualaikum.

Lepas uruskan segala benda, aku masuk ke kelas. Kemudian melangkah keluar dari kelas untuk pulang ke rumah.

Sebaik sahaja aku masuk ke dalam kereta, kedengaran sebuah lagu. Aku merenung kotak radio. Lama. ekspresi muka kutahan. 

Lagu tersebut kedengaran merdu di telinga tetapi tidak di hati. Aku membesarkan mataku sambil berharap agar lagu itu cepat habis. 

Tiba-tiba siaran radio bertukar saluran. Lagu sebentar tadi kini bertukar dengan sebuah lagu yang lain. Kalimah Alhamdulillah meluncur di bibir keringku. 

Namun seketika kemudian, dahiku berkerut. Sungguh, tiada bezanya jika bertukar lagu sekalipun. Lagu yang dimainkan di saluran yang tertukar secara sendirinya tadi berada dalam kategori yang sama dengan lagu yang sebelumnya. Bangsa sama. Jenis sama.

Haish. Kenapa? Mengapa?

But then, lagu yang first tu terus melekat kat dalam kepala ni. Sedap. Forteen yang nyanyi. Kachak. Eh.

In this post, i would like to introduce to aaaalllll of you, a new way to enjoy your cream roll. Senang citer, roti krim.

Lately, i found that gardenia cream rolls are getting fluffier (which i dont really like it haha) I dont know why but i prefer it to be like not so fluffy, not so keras. but that's for choc flavour lah.

but then when they produced these two new flavours, then i would say okay to fluffy rolls!

 

The first time i met Rose, I was like... speechless. We met at this one petrol station near to PJ library. Well, she succeeded to catch my attention with her gorgeous red and green dress. I slowly approached her, who was surrounded by her identical buddies, stare at her and grab her body, firmly. I didn't whisper to her but it was kind of shout and whisper, when they got combined and then without any romantic tone i shwhisprouet-ed

 "SEJAK BILA KAU WUJUD HAH?" 

Oh wow, pengsan.

Seriously, that was the moment i knew that this flavour does exist. It was back in January, i think. 

Then, i reached home and told my mother like a kepochi bumped into Anuar Zain (eh why him) that i bought this roti and the flavour's like roti vanila cicah sirap haha yes i DID imagine a plain bread got dipped / soaked into air sirap and eventually it turns roti sirap kembang. Even during i'm typing this, i still imagine the same thing, roti kembang kaler merah sirap. 

Uwuwuwuwu...

Okay, let's put a fullstop to my story on how I met Rose for the first time. 

So, another way to eat this gardenia rolls is

TO TOAST IT YAAAYYY!!!

Okay, you might think this is sooooo leceh right? But trust me, if you toast it, it will be even tastier than before. 

Just tear the wrapper, flatten it and toast it. And eat it. That's all. Only requires 3 simple steps to get a tasty crunchy-outside soft-inside cream roll walaahhh~

Since i didnt have any gardenia choc flavour, so i used Butterscotch instead for this experiment. 

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.

First, unwrap the roti.

Secondly, flatten it until it becomes like this.

Then, just campak the roti into the toaster. Dun woli, the loti nous hau to fits idselv inntho dhe towstegh.

 it's better if you wait patiently until the roti jumps out. 

How?

Stare at the roti, without blinking your eyes (if you can) and TING!

"WOISHHHH HAHAHAHAHA haishhh"

terkejutlah kiranya tu. Syok tau. Selalu je buat camni hoho

 "Namun, kanda. Dinda tetap setia dengan kanda Jack. Justeru, maafkan dinda, kanda. SROOOTTTT"

 "Aduhai dinda... Mengapa? Mengapaaaaa???!!!"

ZAAPPP!

"Darah? Kuning keperangan? Apakah semua ini? KANDA!!! Kanda Jack, mengapakah kanda bertindak sedemikian?"

"Dinda, kanda terpaksa berlaku sebegini kerana kanda tidak mahukan pesaing dalam merebut cinta dinda."

"Ughh, kanda Jack kejaaam!!! Kanda di pangkuan ku ini, maafkan dinda.... Din... dinda bersalah... sebab dinda... kanda.... huwaaaaaa...."

"Tidak mengapa dinda kerana demi dinda, kanda sanggup berbuat apa sahaja demi memiliki cinta dinda. Sesungguhnya cinta kanda kepada dinda.... setia... ujong... nya... nyaw... wa."

Assalamualaikum

Aku ternampak Inuyasha tolong seorang budak perempuan yang bila dia pejam mata automatik salji turun dengan lebatnya. Di dalam sebuah kompleks beli belah. Shopping mall. Ya, salji dalam mall.

Namun selepas itu, ada seorang tour guide yang aku tak pasti nak panggil seorang atau seekor sebab dia berupa Sonic. Alaaah, sonic yang rupa musang ke serigala tu yang kaler biru tapi kali ni dia warna merah. Jangan tanya kenapa. Aku seperti seorang YB yang dibawa ke sana sini dalam mall dengan tour guide segala bagai, oleh Sonic and ze Gang.

Dibawanya aku sampai ke sebuah tempat yang macam booth bubble t kat Kelana Mall ada display biskut biskut jejari yang bila nak makan haruslah celup dulu. Macam Nini Cekelat Celup tapi bukan. Ni bangsa lain punya versi. Bekas kaler hijau, ada tutup macam tutup bekas cupcake. Ok, ini sangat mengelirukan. Kemudian aku memilih satu tapi pada masa itu, seorang remaja lelaki yang langsung tak kukenali menghampiri tempat tu. Aku namakan sebagai 'that guy'. Dia turut memilih untuk membeli benda yang sama macam aku pilih. So, masa tu, pekerja di situ berkata;

".......budak lelaki.......menang......"

Sebaris ayat yang tidak kufahami dan aku tidak mengingati apa yang dikatakannya.

Secara automatiknya, kakiku melangkah ke sebuah vending machine untuk ambik satu benda sebab beli that so-called nini cekelat celup then kena redeem (pape ntah, dah beli, kena ambik benda dah tu redeem pulak) kat satu tempat ni. Duhhhhh, leceh gila tapi yang pasti time tu that guy dah sampai machine tu.

Entah macam mana aku dah beratur kat satu kedai. Yang lain kat situ yakni tementemenku pun ada. Sebelah kiriku ada Nash (bukan nama sebenar), Tma (bns). Depanku ada Nifa (bns) n depan/sebelah dia ada that guy. Sebelah that guy pulak ada Aziq (bns). Sekali lagi, aku keliru. Keliru dengan cara barisan ni. Then Nifa exchange tempat dengan Nash. Maka berlakulah drama. Drama apa?

Biarlah kusimpan sahaja drama itu sebagai rahsia.

Ecehh.

Oh ya, benda yang aku dapat tu sebenarnya pek dia macam Vico tapi ada satu part ni you can see thru the pack so yang aku nampak time tu adalah ajinomoto. Ajinomoto dalam pek Vico. Nak buat kena ada krimer sekali. Malas nak ambik, aku biarkan saja. Bila kutoleh kepalaku, samar-samar wajah emakku menjelma.


Sudah pagi rupanya.


Oh, barulah ku tahu bahawa ini hanyalah sebuah mimpi.













Haha.

Ok, jangan marah. Daku minta maaf.

Sabtu 7 malam.

Telefon berdering dan pemanggil ingin bercakap dengan aku. Aku yang mamai setelah sedar dari tidur petang (tertidur) hanya menurut kata ayahku supaya menjawab panggilan itu. Gagang telefon ku capai dan butir bicara si pemanggil itu membuatkan mataku terbuntang.

WHAAAT PARTEHH TU BUKAN ESOK TAPI DAH TUKAR HARI NI???? LIKE SERIOUSLY???

 Aku tak bukak facebook mahupun twitter jadi aku tidak tahu menahu tentang hal itu.Thanks NatRose ^^


Bila fikir balik, memang padanlah dalam mimpi aku diorang muncul rupanya partehh tu tukar hari sabtu. Chehh. Ada makna rupanya di sebalik kemunculan diorang tu.


Dan disebabkan holozoic - doesnt make own food, maka haruslah aku ke partehh itu.

Dont make our own food so we need to eat.

Tapi harap maaf, makaroni, nugget pizza memang tak ada gambar. Yang ada cuma kek.
